Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish)
  • For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup (120g) mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup (60g) sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 23 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Grill chicken bites for 3–4 minutes per side or until fully cooked and lightly charred.
  4. While the chicken cooks, whisk together all sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
  5. Serve the grilled chicken hot with the creamy garlic sauce on the side or drizzled over the top. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

  • You can bake the chicken bites at 400°F (200°C) for 15–18 minutes if a grill is not available.
  • Use full-fat Greek yogurt for a tangier and healthier sauce.
  • The sauce can be made ahead and refrigerated for up to 3 days.
