    • In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well blended.

    • Add the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and sugar to the bowl. Stir until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  • Add Crab and Green Onions:

    • Gently fold in the shredded imitation crab meat and chopped green onions, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the dip.
  • Chill:

    • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Serve:

    • Before serving, give the dip a quick stir. Serve chilled with your choice of crackers, chips, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

  • Crab Meat: While imitation crab meat is commonly used for its mild flavor and affordability, you can substitute it with real crab meat for a more authentic taste.
  • Adjusting Sweetness: If you prefer a sweeter dip, you can increase the sugar to 1 teaspoon.
  • Make-Ahead: This dip can be prepared a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator, making it convenient for gatherings.
