This Air Fryer Pepperoni Roll is a quick and delicious snack made with golden, crispy dough wrapped around melted cheese and savory pepperoni. Perfect as an appetizer, lunch, or game-day treat!

 

Ingredients

– 1 can refrigerated pizza dough

– 1/2 cup pizza sauce (optional for dipping)

– 20-24 slices pepperoni

– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

– 1 tablespoon butter, melted

– 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.

2. Evenly spread the shredded mozzarella and arrange the pepperoni slices over the dough.

3. Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other, forming a log.

4. Slice into 1-inch rolls and place them in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.

5. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.

6. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

7. Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.

– For extra crispiness, flip the rolls halfway through cooking.
