Biscoff Banana Pudding with Caramel is a delectable twist on the classic banana pudding dessert. This version incorporates the rich flavors of Biscoff cookies and creamy caramel, creating a layered treat that’s both indulgent and satisfying.

Ingredients

– 1 box (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix

– 2 cups cold milk

– 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1 cup heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks

– 4 large ripe bananas, sliced

– 1 package Biscoff cookies

– 1 cup caramel sauce

– Whipped cream for topping (optional)

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes.

2. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until well combined.

3. Gently fold in the whipped cream until no streaks remain.

4. In a trifle dish or large serving bowl, layer the Biscoff cookies, banana slices, and pudding mixture. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of pudding.

5. Drizzle the top with caramel sauce and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.

6. Before serving, top with additional whipped cream and a final drizzle of caramel sauce, if desired.

Notes

– To prevent banana slices from browning, toss them in a bit of lemon juice before adding them to the pudding layers.

– For a more indulgent dessert, consider adding a layer of melted Biscoff spread between the pudding layers.

– This dessert can be made a day ahead; the flavors improve as it sits.
